Michael J. Ritza is the Principal of Gator Logistic Materials Inc., a firm that proudly provides professional sales representation to top tier manufacturers in the shipping and packaging community.

Michael’s previous years of experience in both finance and operations allows Gator Logistic Materials Inc. a creative outlook on cost reduction to ensure budgets and savings are met.

After working for multiple brokers/distributors, Michael grew frustrated with the amount of people involved in getting a simple answer for his customers.

I had one email chain that snowballed up to 9 people and 3 days before I was able to find out if my order was received and processed. This should never happen!

At that point, the idea for a firm that cuts out the middleman by working directly with the manufacturer, hires experienced and proven industry professionals, all while providing comprehensive cost solutions and wholesale pricing from top-tier vendors, was born.

He was born and raised in the southwest suburbs of Chicago and now lives in Tinley Park with his wife and daughter.

When Michael isn’t spending time with his family or working, he enjoys basketball, being by the water, a good scotch, and recently, golf.

Michael also really enjoys meeting new people, learning from them, and sharing his knowledge.
